Which services are included in Windfinder Plus?
The Windfinder Plus subscription offers a set of additional services on top of the functionality of your Windfinder app. The most popular feature is wind alerts - get notified when the weather forecast aligns with your predefined conditions. We are continuously expanding the feature set of Windfinder Plus, you can find the current list of services on the Upgrade screen.
How can I manage my Windfinder Plus subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Manage your payment data and renewal settings in your Google Play Store Account.

I do not want to upgrade to Windfinder Plus!
The Windfinder Plus subscription is entirely optional and contains ongoing services from Windfinder. The Windfinder apps have the same feature set as before, no feature was removed and nothing was taken away.
Can I use Windfinder Plus on multiple devices?
Yes, you can use Windfinder Plus on all devices that use the same Google / Apple account and Windfinder account. A cross-plattform usage (e.g. using an Android smartphone and an iPad) is not possible at the moment.
Does the Windfinder App support family sharing?
No, the Windfinder app does not support family sharing yet.

What is the difference between Windfinder Pro and Windfinder Plus?
Windfinder Plus is a set of additional services on top of the feature set available with Windfinder Pro. You can find the exact list of services on the upgrade screen. Upgrading to Windfinder Plus is entirely optional, your Windfinder Pro app will continue to work just like before, nothing is taken away.
My Windfinder Plus subscription does not work!
App purchases and in-app-purchases are linked to the email address or account you've bought the item with. Please make sure you are logged in the Play Store with the same account which you used to subscribe to Windfinder Plus. You can find that information on your payment receipt which you received via email from the Play Store after the purchase. (We offer a trial period of Windfinder Plus, if you've cancelled before the end of the trial period you are not charged and you won't have received that payment receipt.) Please make sure that your subcription hasn't expired. You will find this information in your Play Store account in the menu in which you handle all of your subscriptions.
Please have a closer look on the payment receipt to find out if you subscribed to Windfinder Plus from Windfinder Free or Windfinder Pro. Only in that respective app-version the Windfinder Plus subscription will be functional.

Please make sure to be logged in the Windfinder app in your Windfinder user account as well. You can change that user account on your own.
